Stan Krpan is CEO of Solar Victoria, which delivers the Victorian Government’s $1.3 billion Solar Homes Program and just recently took over management of the Victorian Energy Upgrades Program. At $600 million per year, this is the largest energy efficiency program in Australia. Stan has a track record delivering high-profile government programs in a number of sectors and was awarded the Public Service Model in the 2022 Queen’s Birthday Honours for his contribution to environmental and social policy.

Andy McCarthy has nearly 25 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. In 2010, he moved to the coal-heavy Latrobe Valley and founded Gippsland Solar, overcoming years of resistance to establish it as one of Australia’s larger renewable energy employers. Known globally as a key figure in the energy transition in coal country, Andy led Gippsland Solar until it was acquired by RACV in 2019, where he served as CEO and Managing Director of RACV Solar for three years. He is now a business coach, consultant to government and industry, and mentor to founders and startups worldwide.
